When do orders ship?

Can I customize ceramics?

To preserve roast integrity, all soft-opening allocations are roasted and dispatched every Tuesday. You will receive tracking as soon as your courier scans the package.

Yes. We accept custom commissions for our tactile ceramic cups in batches of six or more. Contact us directly to discuss glaze options and lead times.

Do you ship internationally?

What is your return policy?

Currently, we ship exclusively within the United States to guarantee that our micro-lot beans arrive within their peak flavor window.

Due to the perishable nature of fresh-roasted coffee, we cannot accept returns on beans. However, ceramic drinkware can be returned within 14 days if unused.
