We partner directly with family estates on steep Colombian and Ethiopian hillsides to secure hyper-selective, limited micro-lots.

By leaving the fruit intact, we allow natural sugars to dry directly onto the seed, producing intense, complex fruit profiles.

We halt the roast at the precise moment of first-crack, preserving the delicate floral and origin-forward notes of the bean.
