Terms & Conditions

English: Orders & Acceptance: By placing an order for our hot or cold specialty drinks via brewr, you agree that all orders are subject to availability and confirmation during this Soft Opening phase.

Payment Methods: We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) and Direct Bank Transfers to our official ADIB account. For bank transfers, orders are only processed once the transfer receipt is confirmed.

Collection: Customers are responsible for picking up their orders at the designated delivery point.

العربية: الطلبات وقبولها: من خلال تقديم طلب لمشروبات القهوة المختصة (الحارة أو الباردة) عبر موقع brewr، فإنك توافق على أن جميع الطلبات تخضع للتوافر والتأكيد خلال مرحلة الإطلاق التجريبي الحالية.

طرق الدفع: نقبل الدفع عند التسليم (COD) والتحويلات البنكية المباشرة إلى حسابنا الرسمي في مصرف أبوظبي الإسلامي (ADIB). بالنسبة للتحويلات البنكية، لا يتم تجهيز الطلب إلا بعد تأكيد إيصال التحويل.

الاستلام: يتحمل العميل مسؤولية استلام طلبه من منطقة التسليم المحددة.

Privacy Policy

English: Data Collection: We only collect necessary personal information required to fulfill your order, such as your name, phone number, and transaction receipts.

Data Usage & Protection: Your data is used solely to manage your orders, communicate delivery updates, and improve your brewr experience. We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

Data Retention: To protect your privacy, inactive customer interaction logs and data are systemically managed and restricted from unauthorized access.

العربية: جمع البيانات: نحن نجمع فقط المعلومات الشخصية الضرورية المطلوبة لتنفيذ طلبك، مثل الاسم، رقم الهاتف، وإيصالات التحويل.

استخدام وحماية البيانات: تُستخدم بياناتك فقط لإدارة طلباتك، والتواصل معك بشأن تحديثات التسليم، وتحسين تجربتك مع brewr. نحن لا نبيع أو نشارك معلوماتك مع أي أطراف ثالثة.

الاحتفاظ بالبيانات: حمايةً لخصوصيتك، يتم إدارة سجلات تفاعل العملاء غير النشطة بشكل منظم ويتم تقييد الوصول إليها لمنع أي سوء استخدام.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

English: Fresh Beverages: Due to the freshly crafted and perishable nature of our hot and cold specialty drinks, orders cannot be returned or refunded once they have been prepared and taken to the delivery point.

Order Cancellation: If you need to cancel or modify your order, please contact us via Instagram or WhatsApp immediately before preparation begins.

Incorrect Orders: If you receive an incorrect drink or item, please notify our team at the delivery point immediately, and we will happily replace it for you on the spot.

العربية: المشروبات الطازجة: نظراً لطبيعة مشروباتنا المختصة (الحارة والباردة) الطازجة وسريعة التلف، لا يمكن إرجاع الطلبات أو استرداد قيمتها بمجرد تحضيرها ونقلها إلى منطقة التسليم.

إلغاء الطلب: إذا كنت بحاجة إلى إلغاء طلبك أو تعديله، يرجى التواصل معنا عبر إنستغرام أو واتساب فوراً قبل البدء في عملية التحضير.

الطلبات غير المطابقة: في حال استلامك لمشروب أو منتج خاطئ، يرجى إبلاغ فريقنا في منطقة التسليم فوراً، وسنقوم باستبداله لك بكل سرور في الحال.
